On the day we purchased the bed we were told it was out of stock and could take 2 weeks which i was ok with because I was informed of it. However a week later we get an email and the earliest delivery was another 5 weeks away. The girl who dealt with our order assured us it would only be two weeks!! So still waiting for mattress to arrive.

The assistant was unable at time of visit to give a delivery date due to an IT problem, she was very helpful and friendly and certainly knew her products. I cannot rate her highly enough however, when we subsequently learned that we would have to wait over 3 weeks for a delivery we were less impressed by your Company through no fault of the assistant. we felt that you had let your brilliant assistant down and were disappointed not to have our mattress in a timely manner

Two different assistants gave contradicting advice. The order took extremely long to process. The individual processing the order openly discussed her dislike at working there, the poor commission they received, and was annoyed the store was busy.

I was in pain with a bad back so I had to try numerous mattresses before I settled on a decision. Hopefully the right one.

I am disabled and there doesn’t seem to be any flexibility in the requirement for the customer to “bag” up the old mattress. This I something I am unable to do so will have to organise help to do so and with an uncertain delivery time this is not straightforward

Not informed of possibility of returning item within 40 days before we chose item. Not informed this did not apply to sale items before we made choice. Mentioned verbally at high speed when purchasing. To little time to read terms and conditions.

The person I spoke to on the phone gave the impression that he was not au fait with the product and when he emailed the confirmation it was rubbish
