I was expecting it to take ages and be a nightmare finding a new mattress as there are loads to choose from but Danielle was super helpful and friendly and we even went for the first one she recommended. It was really easy and quick.

Quick and easy assessment of our needs, the sales assistant was really helpful and helped us find the best bed for our budget.

Jeff and the young lady who's name I forgot but I remember her saying people usually spell it wrong (sorry I am awful!) were so helpful and friendly and they really did everything they could to get what we needed under budget for us. It was a really pleasant experience and we didn't feel hassled or pressured at all. They were also so helpful with us needing to be flexible with our dates and delivery address. This was our first time buying a bed and I'm so happy it was a nice experience thank you so much both!

We were greeted as soon as we arrived. I was quite specific about my needs but my horizon was broadened with Kionis’ help. Kioni was quite a new member of staff but knew her stuff. I also didn’t find it a hard sell and we weren’t rushed. Loved the sleep bed machine thing! Brilliant!

Item found, paid for and delivery date arranged in about 15 minutes. Very helpful staff, couldn’t ask for anything more one happy customer.
