Dreams - Truro

I thought that the prices were a little high.

I just wanted a paper print out of my order and was not asked if I would like this option. And then it was unable to print out my order on the other computer. !

Dreams have been advertising a big sale but I found little evidence of a proper sale. The sale seemed to only apply to some beds but not the mattresses. Also my one critisism is that the assistance advised what good quality the trundle bed was but upon looking at the size of the slats it was quickly evident that it was not as strong as he proclaimed. The slats on my sons current bed are double that of the item in display. This will not cause too many problems as I will be utilising his current slats on the new product.

First time using Dreams! Would definitely use again ans recommend to others! Delivery team (Mario and Mark) very considerate and helpful! Well done and thank you Dreams!

The experience was fine . The staff were helpful etc . Being " highly satisfied" implies that this was the best shopping experience ever .. I would not put this in that category We did not like the informal manner in which the male staff were dressed... Shorts , trainers and Hawaiian shirts...it did not give a good impression. However the staff were very nice .

Delivery should be free within a ten mile radius of the store.

Very efficient in store assistance, problem was experienced when trying to access your Finance offer. Being a member of Experian I am aware of my rating and can only assume that I was denied on Age and this I find Highly distasteful.

Not a real specific reason. Found at times it was to much directed to the top ranges despite the fact we were on a limited budget so had to push towards the lower range. Communication was quite fast too, sometimes difficult to follow and understand!
