The bed that we wanted was unavailable therefore we had to purchase a more expensive one to satisfy our needs.

Price and costs for delivery and disposal

I thought that although the products and assistance given were very good I did feel that yoou prices were a like high and thus felt the delivery and removal of the old item should be free.

The service was great and the choice of mattresses was good. I do however feel that old mattresses should be taken away for free, especially when already paying a £30 delivery charge.

Staff serving excellent. Bed displays simple could be more inviting with a good display of bed linen

I would have liked a little more guidance with regard to our choices and what might suit us best given our sleep style and price range and where in the store we should look.

it was a particularly busy time of year due to your sale and I felt there should have been 1 or 2 more members of staff present.

The store lacks shopping experience.
