The service was good, my purchase was a good price, only complaint would be the after service when a friend with a van kindly went to pick up my mattress he had to wait so long he left the store and went back later only to wait again, could have been so simple to wheel out my purchase and load it into his van.

We felt that the allure of buying before sale ended on the Bank Holiday Monday was not matched by eventual available sale items eg they tended to be on the cheapest of a particular line. We gained no benefit of the sale because we chose a higher quality product.

I was satisfied with the service, knowledge of the shop assistant and his help in making a decision. The shop was clean and well laid out for customers to examine the various products available.

We would have liked to have seen more well known brands.

Order was placed in store.

'Highly Satisfief ' is a relative standard and I have very high standards so the fact that I am satisfied and very satisfied with the service should be good enough ....

Pressed wrong thing on last question

We arrived almost at closing, so I think everyone was keen to leave. But once one of your staff spoke to us they realised we were not time wasters

It's very hard to go the extra mile. Pleased to of been offered finance on products.

I can only comment on the service in store. I will wait for the delivery and condition of the goods before I give an overall comment.
