Unfortunately the assistant was quite pushing and seemed disinterested when we said we didn't want the various add ons that we were offered. We were on a tight budget and didn't want any of the extras but we kept getting pressured to buy - we didn't buy any in the end.

I was satisfied - highly satisfied is, in my view very difficult to achieve - I knew what I wanted, went into a store and bought the item I wanted with a perfectly acceptable representative of your store

A big sign said that delivery was free. In very small writing it said that this only applied to amounts over £100. This was very misleading. As we bought a mattress for £99 we felt very upset to actually have to pay the delivery. We even offered to pay £1 extra for the goods but this was not acceptable.

Salesmen was a bit 'salesy', and wasn't immediately available. It's quite a big store and we didn't see anyone in there for the first 30secs-1min, gave impression of not being busy (which isn't good for any business - prompts questions 'why aren't they busy?' 'Is it lacking in value?' etc) ) and unprofessional.

Having initially sourced the Dreams website we knew in advance that there was a "free delivery" option, however this was not offered to us and we were told there would be a charge of £39.00. Had we not pointed out the free delivery option I'm not sure we would have been told about it? So for this reason we cannot be "highly satisfied" with our experience :(

I feelthe bottom floor is horrendously overpriced and the upstairs is where the value lies.
