Dreams - Truro

I was satisfied. Buying a bed isn't really something I expect to be highly satisfying...! It was fine.

Overall a good experience. Store assistant a little too eager to help and not as many products within my budget as expected but left happy nevertheless.

I was almost highly satisfied at the store. Sam the sales assistant couldn't have been more helpful and I would return to the store because of his friendly attitude. However, if you purchase 'B' stock at a high price and there's something wrong ie. wrong size mattress, then the post purchase customer service you receive has a great deal to be desired and because of this as my complaint is currently being processed (at length and not to my satisfaction!)... then I will consider not returning to Dreams and buy my other 4 mattresses elsewhere.

Because overall I was satisfied with my experiance.

The store looked a bit worn with most of the mattresses having stains on them. We had visited Oak Land prior to visiting Dreams store and the comparison was stark. We chose Dreams as it had a particular bed frame that I liked, but delivery is almost a month due to having to be transported so far. I cannot comment on the quality of the bed as it has not arrived. Staff were helpful and pleasant. The small print on terms was so small on posters that unless you were told what was written it was impossible to see (this is not a good way to deal with people). This is the first time that I have bought anything from Dreams so I await to see how well the company does.

You could offer free delivery at weekends

Buying beds is not something to do over the internet - the stock in store was very restricted compared to website. Having spent over a £1000 on the bed felt the amount charged for removing the old base and mattress was a bit steep.

The original prices seem highly inflated to then be reduced to a 'sale' price. A 1600 sprung mattress had a higher original price than a better quality, 3000 sprung mattress (purchased) so that a greater discount could be advertised.

The overall experience was good and despite the fact that the sales assistant Austin fully understood what I was looking for and took the time to explain the products I was slightly disappointed about the delivery date being so far away.
