I went to purchase a tempur pillow which I saw on-line was reduced. In the shop the sale price was not advertised because the staff had not been given the advertising literature. This does not reflect well on the Dreams organisation or the store staff who in my mind could have least done something themselves to advertise the offer.

No one available to assist, junior tried but admitted could be of no assistance, however once we had decided what we needed Sam was very efficient. Thus us a real shame because the service prior to our purchase was extremely poor

Confusing understanding the differences in the mattress prices and ranges and constantly changing offers, could be made simpler.

Although I bought a mattress, I was quite shocked at the price of them. I looked on line prior to going to the store and decided I liked the reviews on one particular mattress which was £400. When I got to the store I was told that mattress could only be purchased on line, but I wanted to try the mattress first. Most of the mattresses in store were of a much higher price, I actually ended up paying double of what I originally thought I would be spending.
