It was because of incorrect information on the website, which gave us a false impression. There was nothing wrong with the branch or the staff, they were all lovely and extremely helpful and professional, apologising for the incorrect information and being unable to confirm which measurement was correct.

OUTSIDE POSTERS AND TV ADVERTS CLAIMED HALFPRICE BUT ITEM WAS NOT.

I went on a busy Saturday and couldn't have asked for better service, had I gone mid week then would probably said highly satisfied.

Not enough choice in lower priced mattresses.

I found it unnecessary to offer us tea or coffee at least 4timesand after being told to just ask if we wanted one. Having already mentioned that we were married, then addressing my husband as my partner.

Item looking for not on display only fabric samples.

Store visit was fine. The prices darting around is very annoying, it would be very easy to spend twice as much money one day and half the price the next, this is really naughty of Dreams to do this as people that aren’t savvy could easily spend more money than necessary. The Kendall is a good example one day 710 the next 359, this is really naughty.

I felt it was a pretty high price. There was very minimal ability for the salesperson to negotiate. It was hard to find tasteful beds that were reasonably priced. Got the impression that bed bases in particular is a bit of a racket.
