Kioni was very helpful and friendly. She knew a lot about the products and listened to what we wanted to buy and wanted to spend.

the assistant, Alessandra, was very pleasant and friendly. despite my being on a mobility scooter and having difficulty moving she was very patient and helped me with the various options available. the speed of my delivery date was surprisingly quick as I expected to have to wait a few weeks but my purchase is coming this Saturday.

Very impressive service from our welcome at the door through to completing our purchase. The assistant was pleasant, informative, explained everything thoroughly, and answered all our questions. She gave us plenty of opportunity to make our choices and we were not pressured in any way. We loved experiencing the mattress analysis technology!

The store was almost empty when we visited and there wsa only one person in attendance, but she was able to give us her undivided attention.

Very helpful staff. Helped us use the sleep machine to help us find a good match for a mattress which was very entertaining. Offered us water and pillow covers. Honest if didn’t know an answer to a question and did their best to find out.
