Dreams - Truro

Until I've used the mattress it's difficult to say I'm Highly Satisfied with the experience. If the mattress proves to be a success then some scores might be altered

Although I believe you do need to pay for top quality I think the prices are slightly too high.

Wish they carried more stock, although the store did the best they could to get it in ASAP. Delivery couldn’t be arranged in time so I had to collect it.

I haven’t received my order yet so satisfied so far

I was uncertain about my requirements but was allowed to try various items. I felt that I was shown the most expensive items first although this was probably the right decision.

I thought it unreasonable to have to pay for the item to be brought into the house and set in situ.

The store was being upgraded and all products were squashed to give room for decorators. Husband tripped over a moving board and wires were across the front entrance with skip outside. If more was done to hide this the store wouldn’t look closed and more people may have been in there. Delivery times could be bit quicker but the two staff working were friendly enough.

It is currently undergoing a refit - so although open it was messy & if we weren’t careful we could have tripped over the workman’s stuff - I did nearly on a roll of tape

Just a normal shopping experience for us for an item we required. As we had bought a mattress earlier this year from the same store we were happy to shop again with you. And were satisfied so no need for the word highly!!

No particular reason except that I rarely choose that option for any establishment - our experience was very good and we got what we wanted but it was not exceptional
