The system failed to email any formal order summary or invoice after 24hours. It took 3 phone calls to get it and only by having it printed, scanned and emailed by staff email. Not good for a paperless office, and not a good omen for covid proofing if it can't be relied on. The staff were goòd. Shame about the i.t.

I viewed an item online and the website gave me the option to discuss this item in store, to which I agreed and arranged an appointment. I think it would have been better if the staff were told which item I was there to talk about. Instead I had to try and search for it again to get the name of the product and my phone had limited wifi which made it quite stressful.
