Bed not in stock and told would take at least 6 weeks, other than this the experience was a very good one but I’d hoped for a quicker delivery than this.

Would of liked time to look around the store alone without constant support from a member of staff. Very polite and helpful however some space while looking would be nice.

Salesman was young and very enthusiastic, though not very experienced. Generally my time in the store was OK. I wasn’t convinced he knew enough about the products to really help me, though he had the good manners to leave me alone with a pillow to try the mattresses at my leisure and because of that I bought one. I thought the electronic mattress recommender gizmo was novel but a bit of a waste of time. The mattress I eventually bought was not on the 8 recommendations it made.

I was a bit disappointed by the two week delivery time for an ex-display mattress despite being available for immediate collection. The staff made up for this though by making sure I was able to get the best deal possible.

I was looking at the tempur mattresses. It would have been more helpful to have the mattresses next to each other to be able to compare better.

I feel that the “highly satisfied” is a little over the top for our experience. Nothing was wrong with our shopping experience. The shop assistant we had was a little inexperienced but in all we got the information we needed from the automated bed machine to make our choice.

The store personnel have been more than helpful. No criticism at all. The delay in our delivery since September and the way it has been handled by your central customer service is not. The first time you delayed the order you tried to stop the whole delivery and only when I challenged it did I get the truth that it was one bed frame out of the 5 items I ordered that was delayed. You have then cancelled the bed frame and delayed it until February. The store have repeatedly tried to resolve this for is. The only problem was your central customer service section. Maybe if they had the customer in front of them rather than on the end of the phone they might be a tad more helpful!

The customer service was second to none, very patient and knowledge staff.we can fault the store or staff at all. We were just a little disappointed that our original choice of bedframe was out of stock and as we were spending a considerable amount of money there were no discounts or offers.

I was satisfied with my visit, slightly confusing as price’s mentioned on the product had further 20%off which had to be calculated. Overall I was satisfied with the service provided
