We were given plenty of time to look around the store and as soon as we wanted information we had immediate help and lots of relevant information. We were then given time to try the beds with checks to see if we had further questions. We weren't rushed but once we had made our decision the order was processed quickly and a delivery date scheduled.

The store representative(Lucy) was very helpful but not to pushy

We were not hassled during our visit. We were allowed to browse at our leisure & Geoff was very helpful & informative during our visit

The choices of beds available was easy to navigate due to the convenient layout of the stock. The explanation cards and firmness indicators were very useful. After a few minutes browsing Graham came to assist me in my choices. I did not have a lot of time to find the right beds for my holiday let (a double and 2 singles) and he talked me through what was available and did not try to get me to buy the most expensive but rather what would be most suitable. Delivery time was crucial as I needed them in a few days and when the single mattresses were not available he quickly found suitable alternatives which could be delivered in the timeframe. He thoroughly explained the delivery process and took not of the restricted access to the property. Overall a very pleasant, swift, re-assuring and successful experience! I got the beds I wanted delivered on the day I wanted at a reasonable price! Nice one!!

Walked in the store and we were greeted straight away by a very friendly member of staff who answered all of our questions with a lot of knowledge and answered all of our questions s with ease. We were not rushed at any time and we were given all sorts of options s that suited our needs when it came to working out the payment. Literally can not say a bad word about mu experience.

The only problem was that only one member of staff in store and although only had to wait 5 minutes whilst he dealt with another customer, it could have been awkward if store was busier. The actual sales person was however very helpful and knowledgeable once he could serve us.

I was satisfied shame not more on sale that was very limited. The staff were very good and purchase plus plan sorted quickly
