Dreams - Truro

On entering the shop in Truro , Cornwall we wondered around for five minutes , a lady assistant asked if she could help , we explained we were happy to look around at the mattresses , she gave us a card to help explain the different types of mattresses and told us we could find all the different mattresses at the front of the shop to try, then asked us if we would like a coffee , I was very impressed .When we had decided the lady explained everything we wanted to know . The sale was complete in no time at all ,excellent service, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful .

Lucy was very helpful. She allowed us to take our time and choose the products that were best suited to us. She gave advice when we needed it and left us to test the beds at our own free will. She did not judge us on appearance or try to just sell us finance packages, unlike when we visited one of your competitors stores! Lucy had a large part to play in our decision to buy from you rather than continue our search elsewhere. So nice to find such a down to earth, live in the real world assistant. She is a credit to your company. P.S. The products were not bad either.

Austin helped us finding the right bed and mattress, making us try different options and explaining all the features, highly understanding and meeting our needs.

We arrived before closing, and Lucy was more than happy to assist us well past closing time, even though the commission was going to one of her colleagues. Overall very satisfied with the service. Delivery was problematic, and it would be vastly easier if delivery could be booked with a time slot.

We were welcomed straight away and advised how the shop worked - with the different firmness and colour codes etc. We were offered tea or coffee which was a nice touch and encourage to try out the different firmness to find one that suited. It was nice to then be left to look around ourselves without someone hovering over us (I personally much prefer it that way). Once we had made a decision we did not need to wait and were help at once to complete the process. It can be overwhelming when you go in store and see so much choice but the whole process was made easier by the staff.

I found the product I required at a reasonable price. I don't need it immediately do am happy to wait 3 weeks for delivery.

Good products and well trained knowledgable staff who made contact with us quickly!

The store assistant James spent a lot of time with us and was very patient and helpful in informing two people who had never bought a bed before!

The sales assistant was very helpful and knew the products well. He made us feel at ease and gave us confidence in what we were purchasing.
