Austin was very quick to offer assistance if required. Our order was processed promptly. He arranged for cups of tea for my husband and I whilst he order was finalized and processed (which were made by a colleague) - excellent tea!

The girl that served me Lucy was very bubbly and friendly and knew everything I needed to know, I was really I'm impressed with the fact that she still have her this same effort when she knew I was going for one of the cheaper mattresses in the shop.

Very happy with the help and Knowledge of Lucy who assisted us, I did not feel under pressure to make a purchase and was given ample time to try and test different beds until I was happy. However I didn't understand the pricing, the manager told me the 1400 pocket sprung Insignia bed I purchased was 'a step up' from the 1200 pocket sprung Insignia bed in the sale however the step down 1200 mattress had a start price of £1245.00 approx and was on offer at half price yet the step up 1400 mattress had a start price of £1049 approx

I felt that I was given time to make my decision: I wasn't being pressurised. A cup of tea was an appreciated bonus as well!

no pressure selling easy to talk to and understand helpful without being pushy and happy to explain things to me in a way I understand. Thought buying a mattress would be easy but with all the choices wow but the staff helped with patience and excellent advise. Happy Happy Happy

Spent a long time in your store and your assistants were very patient with me, I think I must have tried every bed in the upstairs part of your store! I was given the space I needed to make up my mind, so no pressure! Prices reasonable, yet to have the delivery but hoping my experience of delivery will be as positive as the experience in store.

The staff were pleasant and attentive and got to type of product that I required with no nonsense.

We had a pleasant greeting but not pounced on the minute we walked through the door which impressed us from the start. When we required assistance we found Austen to be very professional,helpful and extremely knowledgable about the bedstead, mattress and pillows. We didn't feel pressured or patronized at any time and once we'd decided he dealt with the purchase as quickly as the paperwork would allow. We would not hesitate to recommend Dreams to family & friends.

The salesperson, Jeff, was extremely knowledgeable about the products, very friendly and gave me exactly what I wanted. No time wasting trying many beds. I bought the first bed he showed me as it was exactly what I wanted as he listened to my description of what I was looking for and led me to the appropriate product immediately. The minute I saw the Chantilly, even before I tried it, I knew it was the one I would buy. The headboard was another item that Jeff explained the advantages of one that went down to the floor rather than the traditional type. I bought that too. And a tempura pillow, and bedding. My overall satisfaction is 100%. Hopefully the delivery will be just as good.
