Dreams - Truro

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams because the member of staff assisting me was very helpful, friendly and pleasant. He showed us exactly where the key mattresses were and was eager to answer all of our questions to the very best of his ability, even confirming certain information with other members of senior staff.

Had exactly what I was looking for. The assistance was very good and it made the whole experience very easy and quick. Would definitely shop their again.

The member of staff couldn't have been more helpful. He manage to make us feel relaxed and important whilst maintaining a good sense of humour. He knew his beds and mattresses and was able to steer us in the right direction in choosing just the right combination of the two. Just because of this, that is why we choose dreams over another store.

Lucy was extremely efficient and friendly, but not all all "pushy". She knew about products we were looking at and was able to give us very good guidance. Overall an unexpectedly pleasant shopping trip.

As soon as we entered the store we were given a warm welcome and we were offered refreshments within 5 minutes of browsing. The store was methodically laid out and was given a wide range of products to view, and we were able to consider which items suited our needs. This was helped by the assistance of the friendly staff who had very good knowledge of the products on sale. We were also given advice on how to best put together the bed that we purchased. They also left us to browse at our leisure without being too pushy, but were able to assist us when required. A good and friendly experience all round.

James was very helpful without being pushy. Giving advice when needed then leaving us alone when needed.

No pressure but available to answer our questions and very friendly staff

We were greeted in a very friendly manner as we walked in, given really helpful advice when we wanted it and left to browse and try the beds without any 'hard sell' tactics. We were also offered a cup of tea whilst browsing which we refused at that point but accepted when we sat down to place the order. the tea was really good, made with fresh milk in a real mug! (these things make a difference!).

Knowledgeable sales person who was not pushy, efficient, friendly, approachable and funny. The whole visit was stress free and entirely positive.

The assistants were not too intrusive and gave me plenty of time (alone) to consider my purchase.
