very helpful salesman, who directed us to a range of mattresses which we were searching for and could try out several different manufacturers product. He then left us to 'try' the beds, without us feeling any need to make a swift decision. He then appeared later to see how we were getting on, and if there were any questions we needed answering.

We were given assistance with our purchase and our questions were answered in a friendly yet helpful way. We did not feel rushed and were allowed time to discuss which purchase we finally decided upon.

It was a very hot day and the first thing we we offered on speaking to one your colleagues was a drink. We were given excellent unhurried advice and assistance which we really appreciated and helped us make our purchase.

Quick and easy purchase, from knowledgeable staff

Friendly welcome, beverage provided and staff tolerated our inquisitive toddlers. Staff listened to our needs and budget, and gave us plenty of time to browse and compare products. Lucy who served is had good product knowledge and answered questions fully. We bought an ex-display model so had a 'bargain' but in saying that the prices of beds seemed to match the Internet.

We were not hounded as soon as we walked in. We were given 15 minutes to look around and try various beds. We were also given hot drinks. The colleague who helped us, Lucy Wright, was very nice and answered all our questions. She was not pushy and explained all the various beds and mattresses and told us about the various options available. She was very friendly and excellent at her job.

The approach was pitched just perfectly. On arrival we received information about the layout of the store and offered a drink. We were then left to explore, and Lucy popped back at just the right times, allowing us to ask questions as we thought of them. All advice and information was given in an accessible way with no pressure. The experience made it easy to choose Dreams as the provider of our new mattress!
