Great assistance from Austin at Truro

I have not bought a bed in many many years and I went back three times and every time the staff were brilliant.

The staff were very helpful and informative, but not pushy, which we appreciated.

Austin served us during our visit. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He assured us he would ask the delivery men to deliver the bed upstairs, which they did. The two delivery men were charming, courteous and came with smiles.

Austin was very quick and thorough and helped with the price of delivery

Geoff was very knowledgeable and patient with my family and explained the differences in the options of beds for my 2 year old daughter. He was efficient, not pushy and overall extremely friendly. We were very happy with the experience.
