James suggested ideas for how to select the most suitable mattress for us, supplied us with pillows and allowed us time to explore and consider different beds. He was available when we needed to ask anything but did not impose upon us. We were supplied with coffee and friendly assistance.

Our assistant Lucy at Truro store was excellent. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and we ended buying exactly want we were looking for on products and price without any pressure. If we ant another bed she is the lady we will go to first.
