Dreams - Truro

Customer service was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Purchase time was a little lengthy, but understandable due to credit check etc. Only issue was that the bed we wanted wasn't available in King size, despite the sign suggesting it was (fabric ottoman). Staff informed me this was a misprint, but we're helpful in finding us an alternative.

Friendliness of staff, was offered Coffee a couple of times during visit, felt relaxed and welcomed.

Everything went smoothly and The assistant (Geoffrey) was more than helpful. Lets hope the same happens when our goods arrive at our home.

I was very satisfied, as it was my first time, ever coming to Dreams. Now I see why the company is called Dreams! :) walking into the store was incredible, everything was just great. I walked out with exactly what I was looking for, and the price was just the right amount. Would like to say a big thank you to the lovely staff, they helped us very much. :) We will be back very soon! :)

The assistant was not at all pushy but very helpful to answer our questions and to show us where the appropriate mattresses were.

Clean and very smart store, salesman was very friendly and knew his stock very well and was able to guide us to our requirement.

Good range of products, well laid out and visible, clean tidy store presentable staff, not pushy in sales and gave time for the purchaser to digest all the information and to browse and try the goods. Presentation in all aspects of a high standard
