Austin the gentlman who helps us choose our bed really took the time to understand our needs. He gave us several choices and price points. He also gave us the space we needed to make the right choice without pressure. A real credit to your company and a please to do business with. So much so I decided to replace my sons bed whilst I was there. If this feedback gets back to store please thank him for us.

We were very satisfied with the service Austin gave us. We only went to look at a bed and ending up buying one.....we asked if we wanted a drink ...tea or coffee....

Non obtrusive assistance but good when requested and very helpful. Impressed with selection and positive help when needed without any undue pressure.

Excellent service but not too pushy. Allowed us to make up our own minds but offered assistance when required. Very pleased with the bed we have chosen. Although a little disappointed that the delivery will be four weeks.

The overall experience of buying a bed was made very easy by the assistants persona and product knowledge. All went extremely smoothly including ordering and paying.Will certainly be looking in again when needed.

I was greeted in a friendly manner and the colleague told me that he would help if needed then I was given time to browse. The colleague explained everything I needed when I went to him to make my choice and the sale was made in a clear and efficient way.

This isn't my local store, so I am unlikely to visit again, but the assistant James was lovely - friendly, knowledgeable and v helpful

Customer service was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Purchase time was a little lengthy, but understandable due to credit check etc. Only issue was that the bed we wanted wasn't available in King size, despite the sign suggesting it was (fabric ottoman). Staff informed me this was a misprint, but we're helpful in finding us an alternative.
