Austin was very knowledgeable and helpful. The whole shopping experience was smooth and easy, and took far less of our time than we expected. Everything was done to suit our needs in a polite and well paced manner.

Greeted on entry, and had good service throughout our time in the store. Lovely pleasant assistant and very very helpful.

The salesman was superb. Very knowledgeable about the products and science behind them. The evening opening times meant we were able to visit after work and fortunately for usvthis eantvwe had almostv1:1 attention from the salesman when we needed it. A very friendly and conscientious man who clearly takes pride in his role. Well done.

The gentleman that served my boyfriend and I was extremely helpful, offer us a drinks whilst we browsed and again once we had found what we were looking for. He understood our needs immediately and was there assisting us throughout our visit. Amazing customer service.

Bought beds from this store before, I had exellent service before and that was my reason for my return and buy some more goods. I will be back again before the end of the year to purchase some more beds. Thank You Lucy for all your help and the nice cup of coffee.

Lucy the sales assistant at the Truro store was informative, attentive to our needs, gave us ample time to make a decision and even gave us a cup of tea.

When trying to process our order for the delivery date to confirm, the computer system went down and wouldn't confirm the delivery date. Took a long time to try and process, but the staff were really friendly and helpful. Even got offered a cup of coffee whilst we waited, so excellent customer service was provided which made the issue with the system not such a problem. Very good assistance too.

Lucy the shop assistant was very friendly, knowledgeable, left me when I needed my time and was there straight away when I needed her. She was not pushy, she had a lot of patience, just great!!!!
