Lucy the shop Assistant was very understanding to the needs I required for my Mother in law. She made my Daughter and me coffee and kept me informed about all the process of my order. She gave great advice and was very helpful throughout. She offered to put me on the mailing list at the end and although I took up a lot of her time, she did not once look bored, fed up or frustrated. She remained cheerful, helpful and was happy for me to try many options. 5* service throughout my visit. Thank You Lucy from Truro Cornwall for an excellent service.

Satisfied as the sales person was so friendly and helpful and she had good knowledge of her products. There was no rush and we could take as much time as we wanted making our minds up.
