Dreams - Truro

We were served by Geoff who had a full knowledge of the stock and was able to help us make a decision on what would best suit us for our requirements and in out price range.

We dealt with Geoff when we were there and having been thrown into a very quick house move with no beds to sleep on, Geoff took on the seriousness of our situation and acted quickly and efficiently trying to find a way to get as much of the stuff to us as possible as quickly as possible. Outcome:-beds to sleep on 4 days later!!!

Sales assistant very helpful, let me try products, and gave me some time to ponder by myself as well, which I liked, and no rush.

I phoned the Truro and Torquay stores to find out if the sofa bed I was interested in was on display. Torquay did not answer the phone, nor did they return my call. Lucy at the Truro store answered the telephone promptly, was very knowledgeable and helpful on the phone. When I visited the store she served me and recalled having answered the phone to me. Lucy was very helpful and efficient, a definite asset to Dreams.

The assistant greeted us when we came in to the store .We were left to browse through the store without any pressure .When we decided what we wanted the assistant whose name was Lucy ,helped us decide what product was right for us ,and was very confident and knowledgeable .The whole process was dealt with great efficiency .

Our visit today was flawless, the sales assistant Lucy greeted us as we entered, made my wife and I a cup of tea and spent a very long time helping us choose the right mattresses for our children. Her product knowledge was very extensive and she gave us some very usefull guidance. The store was well organised and very clean and we have already recommended the store and Lucy to my parents as they will soon be shopping for bedding.
