The friendly, competent staff, the ease of completing the order. The fact I felt no pressure to make up my mind in store but was given a direct line to put in the order. The quickness of the delivery ( assuming the good service continues), in fact the whole experience.

This was my first time buying a bed, Austin advised me on all types of beds and asked me all the appropriate questions which helped me choose the right one for me, all the time me and my sister was there it was easy talking to Austin he gave me time to consider all my options in paying, excellent customer service and to top it off i love my bed so thank you Austin

I WAS HIGHLY SATISFIED WITH MY EXPERIENCE BECAUSE OF ALL THE GOOD ADVICE I WAS GIVEN ABOUT CHOOSEING A THE RIGHT MATRESS AND BED THAT I WOULD NEED BY THE STAFF AT DREAMS AND OVERALL IT WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO GO THERE TO GET A BED.

I found the assistant Austin extremely helpful. I told him I was looking for a 2 drawer divan and he showed me the divans in that range. He was very informative and helpful and I made my choice. I did need help with buying a mattress as I was unsure of which type to purchase. Austin explained the difference in the mattresses, he asked about my sleep posture and I tried 4 different mattresses before making my choice. Austin certainly made my bed buying experience a happy one!

The assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I never felt rushed and was given time to make my choice.
