Dreams - Truro

We had called in a few days earlier and Austin helped us when we looking at beds. When we returned just before closing on the day of purchase he remembered us and was pleased to help even though it was closing time - which we didn't realise until we got there - he was helpful and spent time us with to complete our purchase and helped us with accessories too. His colleague also stayed with us and was very friendly we will certainly return because doe the great customer service Well done

The assistant who dealt with us was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and we felt very well advised. Equally we didn't feel in any way pressured into our purchase which can be rare these days! Superb customer service all round

The sales advisor Lucy was very polite, knowledgable happy (makes a huge difference) she offered us a drink whey before we decided on a purchase she made us feel very welcome and there was no pressure selling which was a real pleasure. She is a credit to your company.

As soon as we entered your Truro store we were greeted by a smiling Lucy who did not jump on us as most stores do. She modestly appeared after we had wondered about the store for about 15 minutes until we found the particular brand we were looking for, Hypnos. Unfortunately this was in a made up bedroom setting so we dared not try the bed out and disturb the display. Lucy obviously new we were interested in this and promptly pulled all the bedding of the display to allow us to try the bed. Being very professional, Lucy them allowed us discretion and privacy whilst we tried it out and discussed the bed, materialising after we had made our decision to buy. Not content with this, Lucy then gave us a complete breakdown of the quality, materials and construction of the Hypnos mattress all of which mirrored all of the information I had researched on the internet. We did not feel in any way shape or form that we were pressurised into buying by a hard sell technique, but one of genuine interest in our requirement. An asset to the sales team. Thank you, our mattress arrives on Wednesday and hope its as good as the girl who took our order.

Every question ask was met with a straight answer and met with ease which ment they knew there product and any problem was solved

The shop assistant was amazing really helpful knew all about the products didn't rush us and was really friendly.

As always, was given the full attention of the sales assistant (Lucy). Was an item we had already purchased before (from yet another helpful sales assistant - Adrian).....so we had no need to look round the store. Lucy checked on previous order to make sure we were ordering the right headboard - had some friendly chat along the way.....a nice relaxing purchase.

Helpful assistant Austin listening to our requirements, leaving us to browse and then advising and answering our questions. The colour coding of pillows on the beds made the process so much easier and they lived up to the coding. Ordering was easy, items in stock and we are now looking forward to delivery in a couple days time. A good outcome.
