After Geoff the Store Manager answered my questions he left me to take my time in testing out and choosing the right bed. He was very knowledgable and answered all of my queries with patience.

The sales assistant tried to be very helpful, where he was unsure of the answers he asked his boss. He made us a lovely cup of tea and spend a long time helping us reach a decision without pressurizing us.

I ONLY WENT BACK TO ARRANGE PAYMENTS AND PICK UP PILLOWS AND PROTECTOR AND THEY WERE AT FRONT DESK WAITING PAPERWORK WAS DONE AND IT ONLY TOOK ABOUT 10 MINS
