Very helpful and informed staff who were not just knowledgeable, but friendly and able to offer excellent and sensible advice regarding our purchase. There was a combination of professionalism and good humour which made the whole experience a pleasure. We were happy to blow the dosh Dreams!!

Everthing went well with no stress

Opportunity to try each mattress in turn in order to make sure we made the right choice. Help was at hand throughout this experience and detailed advice given. At no time did we feel pressured to purchase. We were also impressed with the range of choice on offer. Our assistant was both friendly and helpful throughout. We were also very pleased that the company offers a used bed disposal service.

We were welcomed on arrival and were guided to the relevant choices for our needs.On narrowing our choice to 2 items the merits of each were explained.At no time were we rushed to make a decision,and were offered tea or coffee while we thought about our choices.On making a choice our order was processed quickly and efficiently.We would not hesitate in recommending Dreams in Truro.

We entered the store (had not been before); we looked around then waited just a few minutes for some one to help. The gentleman was friendly and well informed and showed us everything that met our criteria for choosing a new divan bed; we carried on looking at our leisure and he remained discreetly available and answered further queries we had; he offered a better price; we left to discuss over a coffee before returning. He was readily available again and we concluded the deal quickly and easily. We would use your store again.

Austin, the person we dealt with gave us space and time for us to come to our decision and didn't hassle us. He even made me and the wife a coffee whilst we chatted about what we wanted.
