Friendliness and efficiency of Lucy the staff who served me. When I first arrived a trainee approached me, Lucy realised very quickly that my demands were more complicated and took over. She was extremely knowledgable and helpful. I would go back.

Lucy was extremely knowledgeable about all the items we purchased. She was friendly and helped us choose the perfect bed and bedroom furniture. We would definitely recommend dreams to friends and family. And won't hesitate to purchase from dreams in the future. An all round 5 star service.

The products were easy to try. We were met by a very friendly assistant who willingly explained everything but wasn't in our face. Tracked us but didn't hassle us. Then when we had made our decision supported us and didn't try to push anything else on to us. He was friendly, efficient and very helpful.

I was highly satisfied with the young gentleman who served me because he provided information upon my arrival but did not hover around too much which allowed my partner and I to discuss our thoughts in private whilst the salesman was within view when I had a question. He offered us tea or coffee. The store and loo was very clean and we were not rushed to purchase.

Austin could not have been more helpful. He was very professional and answered all our questions clearly and concisely, and did not "oversell", allowing us to decide

Has been a while since we bought a bed,. We were welcomed but allowed to browse, without being pressured.. When we had looked around, and decided which item we wanted, our questions were answered, and the purchase went ahead. The staff were all helpful and friendly

Serves by Store Manager, Geoff, who knew his products inside out and able to explain clearly the difference between some of the things we were comparing. Also very natural, no forced 'salesy' robot. The bed and mattress we chose was excellent value and we are very happy

Bright and clean store. Well laid out and products clearly labelled with price and quality. Helpful staff but not "pushy".
