The store was welcoming, bright and clean with a wide range to choose from. The assistant was very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. She gave us time to look at all the options and make our choice. She explained the whole process re purchasing, delivery and exchanging the mattress if it did not suit. We were impressed.

Assistant was very helpful, had lots of product knowledge but crucially gave us the space to decide what we wanted without the hard sell you can experience elsewhere.

The assistant Lucy was very knowledgeable and efficient the goods were ordered and delivered without any hassle on time and on the right day.

The server listened to my request and presented the available options without being in anyway pushy

Both staff members we were involved with were exceedingly courteous and polite. They gave us time to discuss the matter without "hovering" by us all the time, a thing I hate in most stores. Good coffee provided as well. We were going to Benson's, but saw your store as we turned off the main road and never made it there!! Thank you for a very pleasurable shopping experience.

The guy in there was absolutely fabulous, he was so polite and helpful! Couldn't have gone anywhere else and asked for better customer service! Very very pleased with the time he took to talk me through about my purchase and all the finance bits! 😊😊

Lucy at the Truro store was very helpful and attentive and her product knowledge was excellent.

The staff member was very attentive and helpful....we were in store for about 40min,and we found him to be a very polite and courteous man....nothing was to much for him...we were looking for a 5ft headboard In grey which the store didn't but he found one for us and arranged delivery. So yes we are very pleased.

I have bought beds here before. This time I needed a quick delivery for holiday cottages. The assistant went to considerable trouble to ensure that my delivery would be in time. For this I was most grateful.
