Dreams - Truro

Geoff at the Truro branch was very knowledgeable, friendly, spent time with us to fully explain things and answer questions. I dislike pushy sales people, so it was good to receive excellent customer service and not pressured to buy. My only disappointment is the expected time of delivery is 6-8 weeks.

Had just what we were looking for, felt very relaxed trying out the mattresses and didn't experience any pressure selling. Mattress options were explained and we were left to try them at our leisure. Not easy to feel comfortable in an environment like that trying such a personal thing but we felt we could have fallen asleep there!

I love Dreams in Truro My store they are s,ooooooo helpful nothing is too much trouble for them i am very impressed by the staff there. also when my purchase arrived the delivery man was very helpful too i am disabled and he was very helpful and put my mattress on the bed for me. Geoff. Who served us, was very patient with us and our two children. He gave us time to lay on and sit on the type of different mattresses we suggested that we needed. Ie firm sprung etc. He did stand there and watch us he let us have a little time and then came back and showed us what else we could afford. We didn't feel any embarrassment when we said we couldn't afford a certain price and Geoff said that's ok then lead us to a price range we could. Really pleased.

The attention given of. high standard and made the experience very satisfactory. The only problem was that the exact goods we wanted were not available.

The staff at Dreams were first class from the moment we stepped into the store. We would say first class service from every aspect. Could not fault it.

The sales staff left us to browse when we first arrived and were ready to advise when asked. Our questions were answered competently and researched if the salesman didn't have the immediate knowledge. Products were easy to access and the sales space uncluttered. There were some interesting ideas for accessories.

I was given all the information about the beds in store and left to make my own decision without any pressure

Absolutely brilliant. Austin helped me choose the right mattress and helped me with the purchase as well as explained about togs so I knew which duvet I required.

Very friendly staff, especially Sam who helped us through the minefield. Offering us coffee. Beds on offer were to good not to take up. Sam left us to ourselves to experience the beds on offer after a very good explanation and came to assist us when we had made our choice,only after double checking the purchase we where about to make was correct.
