She helped us through the whole process of choosing a mattress and bedframe in a friendly and professional way. She was knowledgeable and patient and offered excellent understanding of customer experience. Our order was also processed quickly and clearly so we understood all the details of costs and timing for delivery. Overall, we were very happy with the whole experience
