Nice staff, not hurried or pressurised into placing order. Even gave us a cup of tea whilst filling in order.

Store is easy to negotiate and the staff are always knowledgeable and helpful.

Geoff the Store Manager and Lucy the Sales Assistant from Truro Branch were knowledgeable, courteous and extremely helpful. It is all too easy for Sales staff to be overbearing but these two employees got the balance just right which sealed the deal.

Friendly helpful but not pushy staff gave us time to test the beds without hovering around us making for a relaxed shopping experience

We quickly found a bed frame we liked, but we're unsure of the mattress type and price. Alan quickly assisted us and explained the different types of mattress available and showed us the ones suitable at the best price. The purchase was straightforward and Alan was able to answer any queries we had. We left satisfied with our purchase and with all the paperwork and information we needed.

Sebastian at Dreams' headquarters was very friendly and helpful in the decision to purchase this bed. I did try to purchase over the phone, but since my credit card billing address is in the USA, I could not use this to pay. The only option was to drive to Truro where Sam was very obliging and completed my purchase. Dreams should re-evaluate their policy regarding credit cards, since the current one is very inconvenient and could deter future purchases from myself and other customers.

I was helped by Sam in your Truro shop - he took time to explain in detail making me feel so valued and all done with great humour and friendliness - we spent quite a while in choosing the bed and mattress and Sam made sure we did not feel rushed in any way - it was such a fabulous shopping experience and it was the first time I had been to one of your stores.
