Friendly professional staff, listened to our requirements and advised accordingly.

The manager served us and he was very courteous and polite. He listened to our needs and quickly showed us what he thought we would like. He was not at pushy and allowed us time to decide. Overall a good experience.

The service was great from start to finish, the virtual bed assessment machine was interesting allowing the process of selection to be shortened and more accurate. Our ‘own’ pillows while we were trying beds was a nice touch. 4 weeks on delivery was less than expected.

The man from Dreams who helped me choose my mattress was very knowledgable and made the whole experience easy for me. I couldn’t of asked for better service.
