Staff were extremely helpful can't wait for my bed!!

The assistant let us look around and did not rush us or try to push the wrong bed to our attention.We were offered tea or coffee while they were processing our order.They told us to take our time in checking our order was correct.

Wide selection of the product I was interested in (headboards) and good assistance in sourcing my requirements.

The manager who served us was knowledgeable, patient , didn't do a hard sell and was friendly and a nice man.

The sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the product and this was a great help in our shopping experience. All the beds available to purchase were on display and we were able to try them.

Not hassled but information available as requested from knowledgeable staff. Offered tea or coffee. Very helpful with ordering.

Helpful friendly staff

Alan who served us explained everything we wanted to know and nothing was too much trouble. We also had plenty of choice and without Alan's help it would have been difficult for us to choose .

Staff were very helpful and friendly, talked us through the different types of mattresses available, then gave us space to see what we wanted and then helped answer our questions before the sale. Sam was also very accommodating and friendly with our two young children which made things much easier for us
