The shop assistant listened to what we were looking for showed us different mattress advised us to try with a pillow witch he supplied gave us all the information we needed did not try to talk us in to purchase a moor expensive one also gave us a drink and left us decide witch one we wonted all the staff were very pleasant

The sales assistant was very helpful and friendly. He gave good advice and had very knowledge about the beds and mattresses.

very knowledgeable and helpful. Although we visited other store we bought here because he was helpful, did not push us to the most expensive product and spent a long time explaining the different beds in detail. Altogether a pleasent experience and a professional salesperson.

The service we received from the sales girl Lucy was brilliant. As we are expecting our first child she made everything easy to understand explaining the different mattress technologies available...as my wife will soon start to get a bigger baby bump, this advice was brilliant help. All in all a great experience from a friendly member of staff.

AMAZING STAFF

I was made to feel welcome as soon as I entered the store. I was offered time to have a good look at the mattresses and to take time to try them out. Everything was clearly explained, in a friendly way.

We was highly satisfied because the assistant was so helpful and knowledgable in all aspects of purchasing the base, mattress and headboard. He wasn't pushy at all and it didn't matter how many beds we tried. He just made suggestions to which one we tried next. He couldn't have been more helpful. We would definitely recommend the store that we shopped in.

I think all my preceding scores explain my experience which was excellent. Just one point that could be significant (certainly in my case) is that the information about VAT relief wasn't given at your store - although I had said that I suffered from a bad back, but probably didn't use the word 'chronic' at that time. In fact I found about about that at a different store (selling different makes) when I mentioned my condition. But as soon as I mentioned it to your salesman he gave me full details.
