The young man Sam gave us this (validation code 288AO/0542). Sam was the perfect sales assistant, he was courteous and available for questions whilst not being intrusive. He had good product knowledge and made appropriate suggestions whilst leaving the final decisions to us. When filling in the forms he made us at ease and explained everything very efficiently. This young man should go far.

Being older the assistant gave me his time and experience in making sure I had the right mattress, the atmosphere in the shop was very good, friendly and helpful, and happy.

Your Store representative Lucy was very cheerful, knowledgeable and informative, making my Dreams experience a very pleasent one.

We dealt with Lucy and from the minute we entered the store she couldn't of been more helpful and gave us all info we wanted. No pressure or unwanted interference either. Overall very good experience!
