Needed a bed as we are moving house and although we needed delivery to a different county, this was not a problem for you.

I did not feel hassled by the member of staff at all, they let us know they were happy to help and then let us look around before offering assistance again. Their knowledge of the mattresses was excellent and I did not feel they were just trying to sell the most expensive at all. They went through the finance options clearly and managed to resolve an in store IT issue quickly when placing the order.

He took time to listen to our requirements and guide us to beds on display that would be suitable. He also went through the paperwork thoroughly and at no point did we feel under any pressure or rushed.
