Great range of products, nicely displayed and the sales person (Lucy) was brilliant, friendly, helpful but not pushy or overbearing, we were offered drinks which was nice.

Store was empty apart from us so we had undivided attention and advice. Didn't feel at all rushed into making decision. Lots of products to choose from.

The person we delt with was called Lucy. She welcomed us into the store. Left us alone for a while and then asked us if we needed help. She then help us but not pushed us, ideal really felt pleased with her friendly attitude. We often go to shops were your pounced on straight away with pushy sales attitude, that instantly puts us off and vacate the premises. If all sales representives were like Lucy sales would reap rewards with her friendly attitude. Many a time I have walked out of a pushy sale assistance , dammed annoying. But Lucy is a credit to your store.

Austin the assistant was very knowledgeable about the range of bed frames and mattresses. We felt like we had his undivided attention. He didn't make us feel rush d or pressured to buy anything. He often us drinks especially as our 8 yr old son was getting bored.

A excellent & friendly service. Very helpful & had good understanding of our needs.

The assistant was very informative, on hand to help us without being pushy. She was very friendly, offered us refreshments and made us feel very at ease.

Having never bought a bed before, the advice and help offered in the Truro store by Lucy was great. She explained different mattress and pillow types clearly and ensured we found the right mattress for us - and pillows too! She was really good at helping us understand all the options and seeing what we needed.

The staff member was very helpfull and it was no trouble at all for him to help with our needs, up and down the stairs a couple of times for us.
