Dreams - Truro

We popped in on the off chance while passing by. We didnt know the shop was there but we knew there was probably a shop in that little industrial estate that sold beds. The assistant was simply superb. I own more than one retail outlet myself - -and I don't think he could have been more friendly, knowledgable and accommodating. Just about the prefect shopping experience I would say. The only question I haven't given a 100% positive response to it the value question. This is simply because I'm not really sure about normal costs of these things, but we are very happy nonetheless.

We have been looking for a replacement Dunlopillow Super Kingsize bed for some time. Product no longer available. This was the first store where my husband and I found a bed which satisfied our different needs. - he a firm mattress and a softer one for me. Previously we had two different mattresses zipped together. We had almost given up hope of finding a replacement, but we found your Rosebury! At last a bed we hope will be OK. Your 14 night 'try- out' offer is a very good idea and reassuring. Mr Austin Bidder was very helpful and courteous and provided us with welcome hot drinks. We had his undivided attention and commend him.

Lucy at the Truro store helped us choose a bed and mattress for my parents. We needed a lot of storage and a high mattress both of which Lucy helped us choose. She was friendly and professional which made us decide to buy the bed from Dreams.

The sales assistant was most helpful, I was able to spend as much time as I needed to make a decision. Tea or coffee was offered to me repeatidly which was needed after 2 hours or so! Overall a satisfactory visit and experience with Dreams :) Many thanks

I felt the staff were very helpful and polite, he had a great idea of the technology behind each mattress that we were interested in. We were offered coffees and drinks while we had a think over our purchase, overall very pleased and proved to be an enjoyable buy.
