Quality product at acceptable price. Staff extremely helpful and friendly.

A female assistant, on entering the store, came forth to help me, explaining all the different types of mattresses, which is why I visited the store. After looking around the store, I asked the male assistant (because I remember a neighbour had told me about mattresses that did not need turning) for a non turning one. He was so helpful that, what he recommended, is what I decided to buy. The same assistant took my details and payment and the delivery date was so quickly arranged. The prices are so reasonable, I didn't have to go around any other similar stores for comparisons.

Great customer experience friendly and helpful store staff and found an absolute bargain that we was able to take away straight away, this was highly unexpected but suited our needs brilliantly.

We have purchased from Dreams before where lived in Oxfordshire, and having moved now to Cornwall, we had no hesitation in finding where our Dreams store was, which is Truro. The help and guidance from the staff was exceptionally good, and we will continue to go there again when next we require a bed, or bedding related items.

Austin at Truro was very patient,he gave us an non-bias view of the range of mattresses and was helpful in showing in depth knowledge of the differences in the structures of the different products. He also knew how the product might be appropriate for our needs. He did not pressurise us. He also made us a cup of tea adding to the experience, which was very relaxed.
