We went in to look for a mattress and left with a bed as well !

Austin was very helpful got us to try different mattresses and beds came away feeling good great customer service

Our requirements were totally catered for in a courteous and customer friendly and a very good cup of tea

Plenty of beds and mattresses to choose and a very helpful assistant who advised but did not press for our decision.

Great honest assistance even made a cup of coffee

Because austin dealt with us and he was very efficient friendly and thoruogh.

We visited Truro Dreams store today (23/12/16) to investigate a new Tempur Mattress. The store was clean, tidy, and inviting, we were greeted by Austin who offered assistance and was very obliging when we said we were just having a look. After we had been looking for a comfortable time Austin checked if we were ok at which point we asked questions. Austin's answer were concise and informative his product knowledge was comprehensive. His manner and presentation were excellent and after a good discussion we decided to purchase our replacement Temper mattress from Dreams as a direct result of Austin's out standing service.
