Very helpful and informative member of staff. Offered us all drinks, including our two young children.

We were assisted by Lucy, who was a fabulous, friendly, first class sales person. We were given space and time to try beds out but when ever we required assistance up she popped to give assistance (and hot chocolate !) We were very impressed and happy with the whole sales process.

the assistant lucy was very helpful without being pushy or insistent, we never felt pressured yet lucy and her colleagues were knowledgeable and pleasant, we were offered refreshments and made to feel like our custom was important, a service often lacking these days

Geoffrey was obviously well trained and was helpful with his knowledge of your products

Whilst visiting your Truro store, we found an excellent range and selection to choose from which was complimented with Austin's knowledge in the stock that was displayed, also to top this was an extra 20% off sale prices so after a quick comparison both online and in the real world we returned to complete our purchase, which was easy again with Austin's help being confident but not overbearing .

Austin from the Truro branch was a nice bloke he answered all question we had about the mid sleeper we was also offered a hot drink whilst looking aswell all in all great service and products

because I did not have any problems instore at all. some stores the assistants dont seem to want to assit or are overpowering. all was good at Dreams

The salesman was very helpful without being pushy. He took time to assist, nothing was too much trouble. Considering that we were only looking for a potential purchase, his salesmanship and product knowledge led to today's purchase. He even made us coffee. Thank you Austin.
