Dreams - Truro

Took my uncle to buy his bed as I’d bought from there before staff always friendly and helpful. I ended up buying a new base and took my parents back today to upgrade their beds

The assistant, Laura was really helpful and patient. We didn't feel pressured to buy. In fact we left with our quote to think it over then returned a week later and Laura recognised us and remembered our order.

Geoff the manager was extremely knowledgeable, and after visiting other competitors it was clear we knew dreams had the bed we wanted and the experience to make our purchase choice complete.

Laura was great, understood what we needed and sorted us out in a timely manner. We were lucky as she wasn't with anyone else, we might have need to wait if other customers were in the store, which might have pout us off if the wait was long.

Seth and his female colleague were knowledgeable and friendly and used no high pressure sale's techniques (at least I wasn't aware of any!) All other reasons are in the previous answers to this surevey.

The staff made the whole experience easy and actually fun. Geoff and Lauren were amazing knowledgeable and extremely helpful I would recommend Truro branch to everyone.. They really deserve some Acknowledgement.

From the moment we walked through the door Laura was super helpful. She pointed in the right direction of the beds and mattresses we were interested at looking at. She pointed out the sleep machine for us to try and left us to it until we asked her for help. We asked for some help with the sleep machine and she explained everything very clearly and set it all up ready for us - once we were set up with it she left us to it until the machine was finished and then explained to us our results and took us around to each mattress it recommended. Laura had really good knowledge of each product and was able to answer any questions we had. She offered us drinks and got us the best possible discounts available. A really good experience and we would 100% return to purchase beds / mattresses in the future.
