Dreams - Truro

We have used Dreams to purchase our beds for several years now and have been lucky enough to have Lucy at the Truro branch helping us. She is very friendly and helpful, takes time to listen to our needs and advises us accordingly. Her product knowledge is excellent and nothing is too much trouble.

We were left to browse but as soon as we needed advice your staff were more than happy to assist. He then gave us time on our own to discuss the purchase and returned with two cups of tea and to see if we were happy and answered some more questions. It was a very pleasant shopping experience thanks to your staff. The sofa bed was the sort of thing we were looking for and at the right price and hope now it performs as we expect. Free delivery was also important in maintaining a good price. We had overlooked your store only realising you were there when visiting an adjacent store.

The lady Lucy who served me offered the absolute right amount of customer service. She let me know she was there to help but also gave me the right amount of space to try out all the beds. Even though it was near the end of the day, she was in no rush and wanted to ensure I was happy with my decision. She is an asset to your store in Truro and I will return in the future if I need anything else Thank you Lucy

Assistant Samuel at your Truro store was extremely helpful and friendly. He knew details of the product I wanted and was knowledgeable regarding the terms and conditions of the sale. I was offered a seat and a beverage of my choice and was put at ease. I was confident that he listened to what I required, the colour and size of the product. I was given a choice of delivery dates which has since been confirmed by text message. Overall, I was delighted with the service I received and have recommended your store to a family member who has also made a purchase.

I was very happy with the choice & service given. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable & helpful & showed me the options & then left me alone to make my choice. I find it very off putting to have someone hovering over you. I would definitely use this store again.

We required a bed that allowed a bit of storage. We got what we wanted with the minimum of fuss.
