From the moment we walked in we were met with friendly faces. we were allowed to browse without being pressurised. When we required help they were very prompt and professional. Their knowledge of the products that we viewed helped us to make our decision as they were confident in their delivery. Overall a terrific service and two very happy customers.

Lucy was not good ,she was realy good and helpful nice to talk to and funney.

The store wasn't busy so we were personally welcomed and we were able to have a good look round at leisure. Lucy didn't put any pressure on us to buy. She was extremely pleasant,made us a drink and told us to let her know if there were any questions about anything. When we did need help and advice she was excellent.

Lucy our sales advisor was fantastic, she listened to what we wanted and provided 1st class results. Nothing was too much trouble. Her knowledge was exceptional and she even kept the store open after closing time to make sure our order was processed and we were happy with everything.
