Very good service from Sam. Knowledgeable, friendly and we were offered a very nice cup of tea!

The assistants were very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with us, not making us feel rushed at all even though we kept Sam there after closing!! Both visits we were offered tea, coffee and hot chocolate, the coffee and hot chocolate were really lovely. We spoke with three members of staff, Sam, Austin and Alan, all were extremely friendly. We have already recommended them to friends and family.

The sales assistant (Lucy I think was her name - currently pregnant if that helps identify!) was truly lovely. Recall seeing her before when we bought a bed from Dreams three years previously. She really is a credit to the organisation. Knowledgeable, helpful, capable, swift but without making us feel rushed. It actually was a really pleasant shopping experience.

It was my first time in one of your stores I was with my mum who is blind with a guide dog The sales man took a lot of time to workout which mattress would suit her the best ,He was very patient and accommodating as my mum had lots of questions. The other lady who worked there made us a drink and also made us feel most welcome this was before we'd even bought anything it was such a wonderful experience and the salesman whose name was Austin was very knowledgeable on each different product we asked about. We did not feel pressured at all to buy but did so because of the overall customer service we received well done for employing such a wonderful team at your Truro branch I will definitely be back again.

Helpful and friendly Assistant

I found the assistant at the shop very helpful indeed nothing was too much trouble. His knowledge of the options available to me was excellent.

The assistant Austin was helpful without being too pushy. I can't stand pushy salesmen ! Austin was knowledgeable but knew when to leave us to have a chat on our own.
