The store assistant Austin was extremely helpful.

We were welcomed on entering the store but not hassled, when we needed assistance Austin was very polite and helpful showing us a selection of mattresses to go with the bed we chose. That is one of the main reasons we bought from your store.

I needed to take away with me a double mattress for less than £300 and 15 minutes later I was driving away with it!

Fab assistant who asked everything needed to understand what we were after and took the time to show and explain everything. Felt well looked after as well as given the time alone to make our decision.

Had the product I wanted at a reasonable price. All went very smoothly

The 2 staff working were extremely friendly and helpful dragging a particular mattress out of the store room for me to try and setting it up on a bed and insisting I didn't do anything to help. They offered me refreshments on several occasions too which was lovely. Made the experience more pleasant

The saleman Austin couldn't be more helpful he new his stuff I was a little embarrassed lying down on the different mattresses but he put me at ease and made my visit very easy. Ps he also makes a cracking cup of tea

Staff were very approachable, very friendly and very efficient...And I was given a delightful cup of tea, just as I needed it!

greeted the moment I stepped into the store, asked if I needed assistance, when I did the sales assistant was curteous, helpful and knew exactly what I was looking for, purchase made I came away very happy..

Austin was most helpful assessing our needs and spent time with us whilst we tried out the beds. We returned to the store to place our order a few days later and Lucy took our order and was charming, polite, knowledgable and friendly. All the details were explained to us clearly.
