Genuine attention paid to meeting my needs. Not just shown the most expensive range. Time spent in explaining different products. Allowed to make my own choice.

The staff were great. Had a nice cup of tea and not pressured at all. He was helpful but not pushy at all. We were there some time trying out various beds and at no time were we rushed into making a decision. Truro branch highly recommended.

I was welcomed immediately I entered the store and the member if staff took the time to ascertain my needs and then offered suitable products. The salesman then showed me the alternative and clearly demonstrated the choices and prices if items. Excellent service and very customer focused.

Sam, the member of staff that assisted us made the whole experience very good indeed. He knew our every need and was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

First member of staff was poor, then as I was about to leave Austin got involved did some discovery and we purchased with him.
